Technology Requirements

OVERVIEW

Medrium’s web-based solutions do not require any software or installations. To benefit from Medrium’s services, all you need is a computer and web browser. Medrium’s solutions work with all computers and operating systems, and support all Internet browsers.

HARDWARE

Physicians and practices can access Medrium’s web-based solutions from any computer. Medrium’s technology platform is designed to support the use of all PCs, as well as the use of Apple computers.

We recommend computers have at least 1 GB of memory, and monitors should have a minimum screen resolution of 1280 x 1024.

OPERATING SYSTEM

Medrium’s web-based solutions are available on any operating system, including Windows, Mac OS, Linux.

INTERNET BROWSER

Medrium’s web-based solutions supports most Internet browsers, including the latest versions of the following browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Safari and Chrome.

INTERNET CONNECTIVITY

Accessing Medrium’s solutions does not require your practice to buy and configure servers. Users can connect to Medrium’s solutions using a broadband Internet connection.

PRINTERS

Medrium’s solutions support Laser and Inkjet printers with either PCL or Postscripts language.
