How much does Medrium cost?

There are no licensing fees associated with Medrium’s solutions, and there is no start-up fee associated with Medrium’s Business Process Outsource service. A small start-up fee and low monthly minimum does apply to Medrium’s Custom Practice Management service.

What hardware and/or software do I need to purchase to use Medrium’s services?

Medrium’s solutions do not require any software or installations. All you need is a computer and web browser. Medrium’s solutions work with all computers and operating systems, and support all Internet browsers.

What reports can I generate with Medrium’s solutions?

Medrium offers a variety of reports that will enable you to gauge productivity and revenue stream by physician, facility and RVU. Additionally, custom reports can be created with Medrium’s report generator.

Is it safe for my information to be on the Internet?

Medrium uses state-of-the-art technology to guarantee all your information is safe from interception and hacking. Also, Medrium is a covered entity under HIPAA and ensures the Company’s services are fully compliant with each of HIPAA's requirements.

With Medrium’s solutions, can I grant different levels of access for each user?

Yes. Medrium’s role-based access allows you to customize the level of access for each user.

Where is my data stored?

Medrium institutes a number of measures to ensure that vital data is never lost. All information is stored in a secure fault-tolerant database. The database is then replicated in triplicate so you never have to worry about your data being lost.

How do I obtain a hard copy of my data?

You can easily download data from Medrium’s web site onto your computer or print them directly from the site. Remember, access to certain data is restricted to authorized users only.
