Arthur G. Altschul, Jr.

Chairman

Mr. Altschul is a Managing Member and founder of Diaz & Altschul Capital Mangement, a private investment advisory firm, and has worked in investment banking, venture capital and as a member of senior management of SUGEN, prior to that company’s acquisition by Pharmacia & Upjohn, Inc. Previously, Mr. Altschul worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Company. Mr. Altschul serves on the Board of Directors of General American Investors, Medicis Pharmaceutical Corporation and Diversified Natural Products, Inc., and is Chairman and Co-Founder of Kolltan Pharmaceuticals. He is a director of The Overbrook Foundation, and a trustee of The Neurosciences Research Foundation and of the National Public Radio Foundation (NPR). Mr. Altschul received his B.Sc. in Computer Science from Columbia University.

James E. Vandervelden

Director

Mr. Vandervelden is Co-Founder of Ticonderoga Capital and has over 15 years of private equity experience. His investment experience includes serving as a principal with Dillon Read Venture Capital and working with TA Associates, where he focused on minority equity investments, management buyouts and recapitalization of growing, middle market technology and service-related businesses. Prior to TA Associates, Mr. Vandervelden was employed by APM Inc., where he specialized in strategic and operational consulting to the healthcare industry. Mr. Vandervelden is a member of the Board of Directors of HCI Technologies, Optimos, Tech Enterprises and Logical Images and is an Observer to the Board of Directors of WhittmanHart, Inc. Mr. Vandervelden received a B.A. in Economics and Organizational Behavior & Management, with honors, from Brown University.

Jean-Pierre Lehmann

Director

Mr. Lehmann has been a private investor and portfolio manager for over forty years, with a present focus on real estate and venture capital investments. His venture capital investments cover the agro-bio and biopharmaceuticals industry, as well as web-based client services and marketing. Up until 1997, Mr. Lehmann was based in Geneva, Switzerland where he held a portfolio management office for both private investments and third-party clients. His career in Geneva spanned approximately twenty years during which he managed a de Rothschild holding group and was a partner of Morval Bank, a private Swiss bank. Mr. Lehmann holds an M.B.A from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from HEC in Paris, France.

John R. Costantino

Director

John R. Costantino is a Managing General Partner at NGN Capital with 20 years of private equity experience. Prior to joining NGN, Mr. Costantino was a Partner of Walden Partners and Walden Capital Partners. Earlier, Mr. Costantino was Partner in Costantino, Melamede & Greenberg, an investment partnership which specialized in acquiring and managing growth businesses. He was also Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Conair, a leading personal care company with over $1 billion of revenues. Mr. Costantino served as President and Managing Director of Integrated Resources Acquisition after starting his career at Touche Ross. Mr. Costantino is Chairman of Enzybiotics, Inc. and Senior Advisor to Promosome LLC. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Artes Medical, Inc. and Artisan Pharma, Inc. He continues to participate and has served on a number of other domestic and international boards. Mr. Costantino holds a B.S. and J.D. from Fordham University and is also a C.P.A.

John Mortenson

Director

John Mortenson has over 25 years experience in senior leadership positions. Mr. Mortenson joined Medrium in 2006, and has served as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer before being named President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Medrium, Mr. Mortenson served as Chief Operating Officer of Vestcom International, Inc., and earlier as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Mortenson also held several management positions at LP Thebault Company, including Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Sales, before becoming Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Mortenson received a B.A. in Accounting from Northeastern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
